• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• 3+ years in urgent/primary care; senior care experience preferred.
• Willingness to work across specified locations.
• Spanish language proficiency and NextGen EMR experience are a plus. Compensation & Benefits:
  • $141,440 base salary with up to $30,000 bonus potential.
