Job Description:

Daily reconciliation of bank accounts and retail credit/debit cards activities.
Daily reconciliation of Multi-Site Operated (MSO) liability.
Monitoring/troubleshooting Cash Over/Short, Credit Card Chargebacks, and Payouts. Monthly reconciliation of inventories
Periodic reconciliation/analysis of all active GL accounts, including Equity roll-forward.
Journal Entries for payroll and other accounts
Periodic vendors--- rebates calculations, accruals, and billings
Capital lease obligations
Intercompany transactions
Fixed assets recordkeeping in Sage, related JE---s updates in GL, and roll forwards, site basis.
Trend review of Profit & Loss accounts to identify exceptions in pre-close cycle, site basis.
Prepare assigned tasks for year-end financial and statutory audits.
Other projects assigned by the Accounting Manager.
D. QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting from an U.S. accredited university/college
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience
3. Mid-range ERP environment
4. Intermediate level of working experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook applications.
5. Good interpersonal and communications skills
