We are seeking an Accounting Clerk responsible for providing general accounting activity and office support in an efficient and professional manner.

Some of the responsibilities include: supporting accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements; and operating standard office equipment; printing and making copies as required. It is important for our Accounting Clerk to be dependable, efficient and professional and should be able to act on behalf of the company and the clients? needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Post cash received daily to accounts receivable on computer

? Complies bank deposits and inputs on computer

? Maintains accounting records by filing documents and reports as necessary

? Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger

? Responds to all vendor inquires in a courteous manner

? Assists in monthly closings by entering data in the computer

? Performs other related duties as assigned

Essential Functions:

? Must have excellent attention to detail

? Must have good organization skills

? Very good with numbers and calculations

? Manage time well in order to reach deadlines in preparation of financial details

? Demonstrate problem solving abilities

? Good computer knowledge to deal with computer accounting packages

? Accuracy and precision in preparation of accounting details

? Good communication skills in order to communicate with employees and managers
