Overview: POSITION SUMMARY The role encompasses administrative
coverage in the absence of Directors and is accountable for the
management of operations and the supervision of licensed and
unlicensed staff. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: See License and
Certification. Experience: Progressive experience in nursing with a
minimum of one years experience in a leadership capacity.
Supervisory experience in dealing with personnel problems and human
relations. A minimum of two years experience in an acute care
setting is required Knowledge and Skills: Able to communicate
effectively in English both orally and in writing. Able to work in
a fast-paced environment; and manage/prioritize/complete work
assignments and other duties, as assigned. Demonstrated leadership
skills through collaborative practice, demonstrated time management
skills to the satisfaction of the director. License/Certifications:
Current RN license to practice nursing in the state of California.
A current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card is
