Busy Construction Company Looking for Administrative CoordinatorThe Administrative Coordinator role is vital to manage communications between field reps, contractors, and customers.Job Duties:Receiving new contracts, payment schedules, invoices, materials, into CRMCommunicating daily with sales reps, field supervisors, contractors regarding project updates, schedules, balances, etc.Purchasing agent - responsible for paying for necessary job expenses and recording to CRMAssists field reps and management in ensuring jobs are completed and finalized on time and within budgetCustomer Service - provides each customer with the proper attention and ensures that any questions or concerns are addressed in a timely mannerThe Ideal Candidate:Will have excellent written and verbal skillsWill have excellent communication and customer service skillsCan multi task efficiently in a fast paced environmentCan wear many hatsIs willing to work overtime when necessaryIs a team player and has a positive attitudeIs a driven individual who is goal orientedJob Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hourSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types: Bonus payEducation: Associate (Preferred)Experience: Administrative: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
