Client Services Coordinator Irvine, CA (Onsite) 07/07/2025 - 01/30/2026 (Potential for conversion) Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (some flexibility needed) Job Description: Work Environment: Primarily Administrative & Transactional tasks Compliance management Budgeting & Expense tracking Managing Pipeline CRM system and Data Management Team Overview: Working on a Brokerage Team Typical Responsibilities: Transactional support Pipeline-driven workflow Administrative support for transactional requests Scheduling meetings Calendar management Email management Licenses/Certifications: Preferred: Real Estate license (but not required) Required Skills: Client-driven role flexibility preferred Highly organized Professional & thorough communication (external and internal) Administrative support for brokers Printing and binding materials Experience or knowledge in commercial real estate Transactional support for commercial real estate Preferred Skills: Team player Flexible & adaptable Positive team outlook Quick learner & self-starter Motivated & proactive Experience & Education: Minimum experience: At least 2 years in the industry and/or commercial real estate Minimum education: High school diploma Software Skills: Microsoft Suite: Outlook (emails, scheduling, calendar management), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams Other Tools: DocuSign, PDFs Interview Process: First-level interview: Virtual Second or third-level interview: Depending on team availability (Onsite or Virtual) Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
