Job Description Job Description We are looking for an Import CSR who will handle ocean and air import operations. We're an expanding and growing company with a great opportunity to gain experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Great benefits and bonus! Duties/Responsibilities - A-Z air/ocean import operations and customer service support - Receive pre-alerts from origin, input data into company system, and send arrival notices to clients - Work with multiple internal/external parties including customs brokers, trucking companies, etc. - Follow up with customers and send required documents and notices - Answer customer questions and troubleshoot problems - Follow up on invoices and collect OBL and payments from importers - Release freight and arrange trucking delivery Qualifications - 3-5 years of freight forwarding experience - Degree in Business or related field - Bilingual Mandarin required - Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines Please apply today because we're growing!
