Coordinator Job Description This role requires a dynamic individual
who can balance dispatch-style responsibilities with physical,
on-site support in a remote desert environment. The role involves
monitoring screens and radio traffic, managing communications
across multiple track users, documenting activity and incidents,
and coordinating responses with operations leadership.
Additionally, the role supports active testing operations by
assisting with vehicle movement, track setup, fueling, cleaning,
and maintaining general operational readiness. Responsibilities
Monitor screens and radio traffic to manage communication across
multiple track users. Document activities and incidents diligently
and accurately. Coordinate response efforts with operations
leadership. Assist with vehicle movement and track setup.
Participate in fueling, cleaning, and maintaining operational
readiness. Support active testing operations in a remote desert
environment. Act as a dispatcher for track activity, receiving
radio calls, managing incidents such as accidents and intruders,
stopping or controlling track operations. Notify emergency response
teams and document events. Essential Skills Proficiency in data
entry, logistics, dispatch, and schedule coordination. Strong
skills in emergency response and situational control. Excellent
computer and systems proficiency. Effective radio and communication
skills. Strong written documentation and reporting abilities.
Hands-on operational and physical support capabilities.
Reliability, flexibility, and a strong fit within the team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in control-room,
dispatch, or operations center environments is beneficial.
Familiarity with CCTV, video management, access control, or visitor
management systems is advantageous. Understanding of safety,
security, or incident documentation processes. Experience working
in remote or industrial environments is beneficial. Work
Environment This position operates within an automotive proving
ground located in a remote desert environment. The work environment
features variable outdoor conditions and includes both control room

position based out of Chino, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for
this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply
to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and
