for Customer Care Coordinator in Irvine, California As a Customer
Care Coordinator you will: Opening Tickets for Customers
Maintaining Tickets for Customers Liaison between Engineering and
Customer for ticket resolution Scheduling and Coordination of
onsite visits General Reports Gather and proofread documents for
accuracy and integrity This is a Full Time opportunity. The ideal
candidate will have: Experience in a call center Experience in an
ERP system Understanding of SO and PO Excellent written and verbal
communication skills Attention to Detail Ability to work in fast
paced environment Experience with Outlook Familiar with Excel Basic
Phone System features like conference calling, transfer, etc People
skills Comfortable talking and delivering news Self Organization
Researching Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00 *Pay range offered to a
successful candidate will be based on several factors, including
the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific
