Frontier campaign, you'll engage, educate, and enroll new customers
in telecommunications services. Operating in dynamic retail
settings, you'll connect directly with prospective clients,
ensuring a smooth and confident enrollment process. This role
requires strong interpersonal skills to address concerns, answer
questions, and turn interest into active service, directly driving
growth. Essential Functions of the Customer Enrollment
Representative: Approach, greet, and engage potential customers in
retail settings, starting friendly conversations to identify
Frontier service opportunities. Deliver engaging, tailored
overviews of Frontier's wireless, internet, and entertainment
packages, highlighting key features and benefits Guide prospective
customers through enrollment, ensuring accurate information, clear
terms, and complete documentation for a seamless sign-up. Exceed
enrollment quotas by managing interactions, nurturing leads, and
closing service agreements efficiently Address customer inquiries
with confidence, provide accurate information, and overcome
objections to ensure a smooth enrollment and secure new accounts.
Stay up-to-date on Frontier campaign products, service plans,
pricing, and promotions to be a trusted customer resource.
Accurately input customer data into our CRM while ensuring
compliance with privacy and company guidelines. Engage in team
meetings, share strategies, and foster a results-driven environment
for customer acquisition success. Uphold Elite Direct Management
and the Frontier brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and
integrity in every customer interaction.
