Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide
technical support and enhance service quality within the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to requests for assistance and prioritize tasks while
maintaining high customer service standards
Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user computing hardware
and software
Act as a liaison between support levels to ensure solutions are
well documented and repeatable
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of support experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft utilities and operating
environments
Experience with scripting languages
(bash/perl/python/batch/powershell)
Familiarity with network troubleshooting and various operating
systems (Windows/Linux/Mac/iOS/Android)
