Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Development (Backend)
to lead development resources and solve complex technical
problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and lead development of secure, robust, and scalable
technical solutions
Drive products from inception to release while ensuring solutions
meet business needs
Manage resource allocation and foster the development of team
members
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
work experience
12+ years of hands-on experience in web service/API development,
database, and devops
7+ years of experience in service-oriented architectures, system
performance analysis, and agile software development
5+ years of experience in distributed systems or cloud computing
technologies
4-7 years of relevant leadership experience preferred
