Receptionist/Office Clerk for their new Inland Empire location in

Location: Upland, CA
Position: Bilingual Receptionist/Office Clerk
Status: Temp to Hire
Salary range: $12. to $14.hr
Monday to Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Interact with customers via phone, email and walk ins. Provide
information in response to inquiries about products and services.
Decipher, customer need and transfer to appropriate department.
Complete general office tasks as needed.
Answer all phone calls, take messages and greet visitors
Receives customers? inquiries by telephone and Email, provides
Educate customers about products, features and benefits of
Input warranty cards
Communicate with Sales and Service Department
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database
Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange
Operate office machines, such as copiers, scanners, fax machine,
voice mail systems and computers
Other related duties, housekeeping of reception area
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage own time
Minimum 1 year Receptionist experienced is required
Minimum 1 year Office Clerk in a manufacturing company is plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including MS Word, Excel and
Good phone manner and ability to convey information clearly and
Organized, detail oriented and friendly.
