Project Manager Job Description Daniel Company is searching for an accountable project manager that is responsible for the technical and engineering aspects in projects. You will schedule, plan, respond and manage the technical actions to assure project precision and quality from start to finish. Project Manager Job Responsibilities Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements. Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; resolving problems; sequencing project elements. Coordinating and monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and specifications Communicating daily with other engineers, contractors, vendors to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status Requirements / Qualifications BS degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or other related Engineering field 3+ years with Experience in technical equipment, preferably in odor control and FRP related products Ability to travel within the United States Perform training, testing, equipment startup at jobsites with various weather conditions Design Skills, Technical Understanding, Self-starter; motivated, team focused and results driven Understanding of public bidding and working with engineers and contractors Proven working experience as a project manager MS Office skills Ability to work with multiple discipline projects Project management and supervision skills Decision making ability and leadership skills Time management and organization skills Strong verbal and written communication skills About the Job Daniel Company specializes in the design and manufacture of air pollution control systems and corrosion resistant air exhaust and collection systems. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of biological scrubbers, biofilters, chemical scrubbers, and carbon adsorbers. We also manufacture chemical storage tanks, decarbonators, FRP pipe & duct, dampers, and flexible connectors, etc. Daniel Company has 28 years of experience as a designer and manufacturer of air pollution control systems built from fiber reinforced plastics. Daniel Company's wealth of engineering strengths is applied primarily to solving odor control and fume exhaust problems that exist in the private and municipal markets. Job Requirements:
