Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Operational Strategy
to drive operational improvements and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives to enhance patient care delivery and
improve business processes
Identify operational gaps and implement data-driven solutions
aligned with regulatory requirements
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations with insights and
action plans
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in transformation, consulting, or strategy
in healthcare or a related field
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or
equivalent work experience
Strong project management skills; experience with Lean or Six Sigma
methodologies is desirable
Familiarity with performance dashboards, business intelligence
tools, and operational KPIs
Experience with integrated delivery systems and electronic health
records (EMR) systems
