PMO.
Key Responsibilities
Partner across LCCA pillars to define objectives, align teams, and
ensure business outcomes are met
Lead project ranking, issue resolution, and team mentoring to drive
change
Collaborate with GLS Leadership on planning, goals, and program
management initiatives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of project and portfolio management experience in
business transformation
5+ years of people leadership experience
Experience in business strategy with executive leadership
collaboration
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
PMP or PfMP certification preferred
