Job Description:
A company is looking for a Plan Chief Financial Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all finance-related activities for the business unit,
including the development and monitoring of the Annual Operating
Plan
Conduct financial analysis, identify month-end financial drivers,
and forecast headcount planning for compliance with state
requirements
Lead medical cost improvement initiatives and perform financial
impact analysis for new contracts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
Administration
10+ years in a high-level finance role within the healthcare or
insurance industry
Master's degree preferred
CPA preferred
Preferred experience in Medicaid
