Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a diverse team, promoting collaboration and
accountability
Oversee P&L management, ensuring financial targets are met and
profitability is maximized
Develop and execute a comprehensive product line strategy and lead
M&A initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years of management experience
Experience with electrical products and proven P&L
management
Strong understanding of market dynamics and M&A processes
Experience in sustainability initiatives and ESG strategies
