Key Responsibilities
Establish and implement best practices and frameworks to enhance
marketing execution across brand teams
Oversee agency selection, contracting, and performance evaluation
to optimize marketing spend and ensure quality outputs
Identify inefficiencies in marketing execution and develop scalable
solutions for operational effectiveness
Qualifications & Key Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA
preferred
8+ years of experience in marketing operations, agency management,
or marketing effectiveness in the pharmaceutical or healthcare
industry
Strong project management and process optimization expertise
Experience in agency/vendor relationship management and marketing
budget oversight
Ability to analyze marketing performance data and leverage insights
for strategic adjustments
