Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Site Start Up
and Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor assigned staff while overseeing global site
regulatory and budgeting tasks
Provide guidance on clinical trial intelligence data to ensure
effective planning and timely site maintenance
Lead the cross-functional site maintenance team and drive
innovative processes to enhance site startup and maintenance
services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
BS degree in a life science; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in Clinical Operations or related fields
with increasing responsibility
5+ years of direct site management experience in clinical
research
Expertise in clinical trial regulations and site contract
administration
Experience in line management and proficiency with software models
and database structures
