Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Field Enablement to
build and lead a strategic enablement function for field teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a strategic field enablement roadmap aligned
with business priorities and measurable KPIs
Build and deliver scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs
for field teams, developing relevant content
Optimize the enablement tech stack and maintain a centralized
repository of up-to-date enablement materials
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in field enablement, revenue operations, or
training within high-growth technology companies
5+ years of leadership experience in building and scaling
enablement or training functions
Proven ability to design and implement programs that improve field
performance and business outcomes
Deep knowledge of enablement technologies and experience managing
complex tool stacks
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills in
fast-paced environments
