Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical & Corporate Recruiter to
manage recruitment processes for clinical and corporate roles.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and execute the complete recruitment cycle for various
positions across clinical and corporate departments
Engage with hiring managers to understand position specifications
and departmental needs
Develop and implement strategic sourcing methodologies to attract
top talent from underrepresented demographics
Required Qualifications
3 to 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least
2 years focused on credentialed healthcare professionals
Proven success in recruiting for both clinical and corporate or
technical roles
Knowledge of licensure requirements for therapists
Experience in telehealth or remote care environments is
desirable
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably
Greenhouse
