Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with
healthcare laws
Research and monitor changes in federal and state healthcare laws
and regulations
Provide legal guidance and training to clinical and corporate staff
on healthcare-related laws
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Five years of legal experience, with at least three years in
healthcare
Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with telehealth laws and the Food Drug and Cosmetic Act
is preferred
