Job Description:
A company is looking for a Triage Nurse RN (Telehealth).
Key Responsibilities
Receive and make calls to patients for clinical assessments and
support
Provide triage and administrative support based on established
protocols
Communicate with healthcare providers and manage patient inquiries
through the patient portal
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse with unencumbered e-NCL licensure
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Adult Nursing, with oncology
experience preferred
Electronic Medical Record experience (e.g., EPIC, Cerner)
Proficient in using Windows-based software (e.g., MS Word, MS
Excel)
Ability to work in a private HIPAA compliant workspace with
necessary equipment
