A company is looking for a Progyny Care Advocate - Registered
Nurse in California.
Key Responsibilities
Manage member relationships by educating them about their
personalized benefits
Onboard new members by confirming eligibility and providing benefit
information
Provide ongoing concierge service and address member inquiries via
multiple communication channels
Required Qualifications
Must be a registered nurse based in California
2+ years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably
in healthcare or insurance
Knowledge of the fertility industry and patient procedures is a
plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa
sponsorship
