Job Description:
A company is looking for an EAP Clinical Counselor to provide
telephone-based assessment and counseling services.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts risk, substance abuse, and mental health assessments to
create immediate action plans
Collaborates with members and professionals to recommend
appropriate levels of care and resources
Maintains confidentiality and accurate documentation in compliance
with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health
clinical license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Master's Degree in a behavioral health counseling profession
1+ years of experience in EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social
Services preferred
Experience with crisis intervention and diverse populations
Familiarity with brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing
preferred
