Job Title: Home Health RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience required License: Pending license accepted Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: Reliable transportation Description: We are seeking a Home Health RN to provide care to patients in their homes. This position involves one-on-one patient care, with up to six patient visits per day. The standard productivity expectation is 30 points per day. Travelers should have their own transportation, as occasional travel over 50 miles may be required. Experience with Oasis is required for this role. This position requires dedication to providing quality care while managing efficient patient visits. Candidates must be available to work every other weekend. The dress code allows for any color scrubs. Charting will be done using EPIC and Oasis. We value teamwork and expect our travelers to float between facilities as needed. Candidates are encouraged to confirm any time-off requests directly with the hiring manager.
