Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: Ongoing - Up to 12.00 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Per Diem We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis for night shift coverage. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, be confident in cardiac monitoring, and thrive in a fast-paced acute care setting. EPIC EMR experience is required. /n/n This RN is responsible for providing safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with hospital protocols and Telemetry unit standards. /n/n/nKey Responsibilities:/n/n /n/t - /n/t Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Telemetry Unit /n/t /n/t - /n/t Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry output /n/t /n/t - /n/t Collaborate with physicians and report changes in patient condition, diagnostic results, and clinical concerns /n/t /n/t - /n/t Administer medications and therapies as prescribed and per protocol /n/t /n/t - /n/t Respond quickly and accurately to emergent changes in patient condition /n/t /n/t - /n/t Educate patients and families regarding conditions, medications, and care plans /n/t /n/t - /n/t Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EPIC EMR /n/t /n/t - /n/t Supervise and guide support staff within the scope of the role /n/t /n /n/n/nRequirements:/n/n /n/t - /n/t Current and valid California RN license (Required) /n/t /n/t - /n/t BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA – Required) /n/t /n/t - /n/t EPIC EMR experience (Required) /n/t /n/t - /n/t Ventilator management experience (Preferred) /n/t /n/t - /n/t COVID vaccination and boosters (Preferred) /n/t /n/t - /n/t Strong telemetry interpretation and acute care assessment skills /n/t /n/t - /n/t Ability to work independently on night shift with strong critical thinking /n/t /n Sable Corporation Job ID 2025-90.
