$350K Total Compensation | Value-Based Model Were seeking a
mission-driven Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing,
value-based care organization in Southern Californias Inland
Empire. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver
advanced, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative,
team-based environment without the pressures of volume-driven
medicine. Why Youll Love This Opportunity - Compensation: Base
salary $300k commensurate with experience - Bonus Eligible: Up to
20% annual performance bonus - Schedule: MondayFriday, outpatient
only, no nights or weekends - Patient Volume: 12-14 patients per
day - Focus: Quality-driven care not RVUs or patient quotas -
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 - Support: Robust team including APPs, case
managers, and care coordinators Your Role - Provide comprehensive
primary care to adult and senior patients, emphasizing prevention
and chronic disease management - Collaborate in daily high-risk
huddles to proactively manage care for complex patients - Educate
patients and families on health maintenance, wellness, and disease
prevention - Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure
continuity of care - Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
within the EMR system Qualifications - MD or DO, Board
Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine -
Current and unrestricted California medical license and DEA
registration - Experience managing complex or chronically ill
patient populations preferred - Excellent communication, teamwork,
