Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Orange, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,979 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Job Title: Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Neuro Oncology Care Manager Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Case Manager experience, with experience in Oncology and Pediatrics License: RN license required Certifications: Required - PALS or PEARS; Preferred - CPHON Must-Have: - Experience with Neuro Oncology patients - Knowledge of Chemotherapy and its interactions - Experience with care coordination, transition planning, and needs assessment Description: The Neuro Oncology Care Manager will support patients diagnosed with neuro oncology conditions. This role requires working in a multidisciplinary team to develop customized care roadmaps for patients. Responsibilities include assessing patients and implementing physician orders. The Case Manager will coordinate treatment plans, medical procedures, and maintain accurate record-keeping. Monitoring and evaluating patient care processes and outcomes is essential to this role. The Case Manager will coordinate activities with other services and disciplines involved in patient care. Candidates must have a background in Oncology. Experience with follow-up appointments, labs, scans, referrals, authorizations, and durable medical equipment coordination is necessary. The average daily patient census is between 20 and 22, covering neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents. Float requirements include covering for other colleagues as needed.
