Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Charge
Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Nights) to join our team! You will be
responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of
assigned patients. Shift Times: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM Job Description:
Professional nurse who demonstrates strong leadership skills,
clinical expertise and compassion for patients and teammates. This
nurse provides care for patients and has unit operation oversight
throughout the assigned shift. Other key aspects of this position
are to role model professional nursing behaviors, clinical
competencies and critical thinking. The charge nurse will mentor,
precept and nurture new nurses with the goal of successful
transition from novice to expert. Qualifications: Graduate of an
accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred Current BLS Required.
Current ACLS or willing to obtain with in 30 days of start date
Three to five years relevant nursing experience RN NH / Compact
