Job Description:
Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist Locum Tenens Job in Southern
California Details/Requirements: Adult outpatient coverage for one
day/8 hours a week starting 12/15/25 and ongoing. Starting with one
day a week but could increase. All onsite. Must be willing to see a
patient in the field in an emergency, if needed. The psychiatrist
has the option to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays 8am to
5pm. No on call, but would like you to be open to receiving text
messages after hours for urgent issues like in the rare event a
patient has a reaction to a medication or something like that. One
hour for initial evaluations and thirty minutes for follow-up
appointments. Client has an electronic health record, so you must
be computer savvy. Credentialing takes approximately three weeks.
Can start with a 3-month assignment and extend it longer if a good
