Job Description Job Description Job Title: Clinical Nursing Supervisor Shifts: Nights Salary: $36-$50/hourly Position Summary: The Clinical Nursing Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This role involves problem-solving patient care issues, supporting staff development, and maintaining business continuity while fostering a positive clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance, direction, consultation, and problem-solving regarding patient care and operational issues. Communicate concerns that may compromise patient care to appropriate departmental leadership. Ensure a safe, effective, and efficient patient care environment. Support staff development by collaborating with clinical educators and informatics nurses. Participate in education, informatics, quality and patient safety initiatives, and professional development programs.
