working with GHR Healthcare to find a qualified Pediatrics MD in
Fontana, California, 92335! ? Total Number of FTE’s needed? 1.0 FTE
? Pertinent Facility Information: Kaiser Permanente – Fontana
Medical Center ? Reason for Coverage: Permanent vacancies ? EMR:
Health Connect (Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC). EPIC
Experience highly preferred but at least a good skillset of EMR &
Technology required. ? Coverage Dates: 3 Months/13 Weeks with
option to extend ? Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 3 - 5
Shifts during week (10 Hour days M-F) and 1 weekend call per month
(Friday-Sunday - 24 hour shifts) - Full time candidates only ? Call
Schedule/Responsibilities: Night call on 2 shifts worked and then
24 hour call on weekends. Call back volume extremely low ? Type of
Patients/Cases: Full scope of pediatric anesthesia, (no Cardiac or
Neurology cases). ? Inpatient or Outpatient: Both - Provider will
be independent. ? Job Type: Hourly Non-Inclusive ? Bill Rates:
$475.00 ? OT/Night call: $575.00 ? Weekend (24hr call): $2750.00-no
gratis ? Administrative Fee: $25.00 ? Credentialing Timeframe: 90
