Key Responsibilities
Build, facilitate, and track blended learning paths for the
customer success team
Collaborate with customer success leadership to identify enablement
needs
Create and maintain internal training resources and conduct needs
analysis for training impact
Required Qualifications
3+ years of adult learning theory and training experience
3+ years of experience with the product portfolio
Proficiency in Sales and Enablement Tech Stacks
Experience in designing and delivering training
Experience applying adult learning theory and curriculum design
principles
