Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to support
their talent acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates and build a pipeline for current and
future roles
Review resumes and assist in the interview and selection
process
Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System and
track recruitment metrics
Required Qualifications
Proven 2+ years experience in a recruiting or HR specialist role
(agency background preferred)
Comfortable using recruiting platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
Knowledge of recruiting, HR systems, and talent acquisition best
practices
Organized and dependable with the ability to manage multiple
tasks
Experience in professional email communication
