Full-Time Location : Pomona, CA 91768 Job Summary The Human
Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily
operations of the HR department. This role includes developing and
implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the
organization’s goals. The HR Manager will also oversee payroll
administration, employee relations, recruitment, benefits,
compliance, and training initiatives to ensure a productive and
legally compliant workplace. Working Conditions Full-time position
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
