Job Description Job Description URGENT HIRING: Charge Registered
Nurse (RN) – Med Surg Location: Claremont, NH Schedule: 6:00 PM –
6:00 AM | Full-Time (Night Shift) Hourly Pay: $36.50 – $51.38/hour
Annual Salary Range: $75,920 – $106,780 Key Responsibilities
Function as a clinical/staff RN , occasionally managing a small
patient assignment (1–3 patients). Provide leadership and oversight
for LPNs, RNs, and LNAs; delegate and coordinate care
appropriately. Create nursing assignments and adjust based on
acuity, discharges, and admissions. Assist with patient care,
follow up on labs, diagnostic tests, and coordinate with pharmacy,
lab, and radiology as needed. Address staff concerns, handle
in-the-moment conflicts, and communicate feedback to the Nurse
Manager. Ensure timely and accurate documentation in all patient
charts. Coordinate daily activities, including discharges,
admissions, and transfers. Act as house supervisor/main resource
during off-shifts (nights, weekends, holidays). Communicate bed
availability and coordinate with other hospitals and administrators
as required. Qualifications Active NH RN License (or Compact State
License) – Required BLS Certification (AHA) – Required 3–5 years of
relevant clinical nursing experience – Required Previous Charge
Nurse experience – Preferred Strong leadership, communication, and
