Job Description:
This Customer Service Position Features:
? Great Pay to $20,800 K
**MUST HAVE A BA Degree**
? Assisting with customer inquiries including product inquires,
order status, and shipping transit times
? Ability to place and cancel customer orders efficiently and
accurately
? Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
? Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
? Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
? Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer
service is being delivered.
? Inform customer of deals and promotions.
? Responsible for detailed product knowledge and company
policies
