A company is looking for a Team Lead, Software Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise software development teams and manage product areas
within the enterprise product suite
Integrate accessibility features into development practices and
conduct accessibility audits
Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and ensure
project timelines and quality measures are met
Required Qualifications
BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or
equivalent experience
5+ years of software development experience
Deep understanding of accessibility standards: WCAG 2.1/2.2
Experience with accessibility auditing tools and testing with
assistive technologies
Expert experience with ReactJS and familiarity with front-end UI
technologies
