Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to support
commercial matters with a focus on sales transactions and data
privacy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide transactional support to worldwide sales teams to
facilitate company growth
Review, negotiate, and draft commercial agreements with enterprise
customers and vendors
Optimize data protection processes and improve standard form
agreements and legal processes
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree with admission to a U.S. state bar
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney,
preferably in-house
Strong background in commercial contract analysis and negotiation,
ideally within technology
Familiarity with international data privacy regulations
Business-oriented approach to legal complexity and risk
management
