A company is looking for a Fund Formation Attorney for a remote
contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead fund formation and regulatory compliance during a team
member's paternity leave
Support legal team in commercial contracts, product support, and
vendor contracts
Collaborate with executives to establish a VC-style program and
manage fund structures
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in fund formation and venture capital or
private equity
Strong business acumen with the ability to interact with
executives
Creative problem-solver in emerging tech environments
Team-oriented with leadership capabilities
Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
