Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiations and review Purchase Orders for compliance with
contracts and regulations
Draft and negotiate various agreements, including teaming
agreements and non-disclosure agreements
Develop process improvements and training for internal stakeholders
to ensure compliance and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and JD with an active law license
2-5 years of experience as a Senior Contracts Manager
Experience negotiating technology-focused transactions, including
software licenses
Advanced understanding of government contracting processes and
regulations
General computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office
applications
