Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temporary Insurance Defense Trial
Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire legal process, including investigation,
discovery, trial preparation, and court proceedings
Research applicable laws and develop legal strategies for
litigation stages
Establish and maintain relationships with claims representatives
and clients, and conduct training sessions as needed
Required Qualifications
Membership in the Colorado Bar
A minimum of 2 years of successful experience practicing law
Experience in insurance defense is strongly preferred
Broad knowledge of insurance law and familiarity with recent legal
developments
A JD degree
