User provisioning for multiple systems
Workflow management, including maintenance and builds
Process execution, including Jira management for all tools
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in legal operations
Strong technical background with various e-billing and CLM
systems
Experience with Ironclad, Onit, and Knowable
Ability to manage support desk and ad hoc reporting
Contract employment type with a duration of 6 months
