Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employment Counsel to join their
legal team remotely in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day legal support on employment law matters for the
People Team
Develop and implement global employment policies to ensure
compliance with laws and regulations
Draft and advise on employee-related documents and manage outside
employment counsel
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of
a U.S. state bar
At least 4 years of experience practicing U.S. employment law, with
some in-house experience preferred
Experience with international employment law, particularly in EU
countries
Experience with high growth private companies
Passionate about employment law and up to date on developments in
the field
