Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney focused on the
Food & Beverage sector.
Key Responsibilities
Review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including
supply-side agreements and goods and services agreements
Draft legal documents such as notices, demand letters, and side
letters
Collaborate with business partners to tailor agreements and
negotiate revisions
Required Qualifications
Mid- to senior-level commercial attorney experience
Strong background in commercial contracting, particularly in the
consumer goods sector
Law firm training preferred
Ability to work on overflow projects related to real property,
trademarks, or regulatory research
Familiarity with negotiating contracts from either side is a
plus
