Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel (US-Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, analyze, and provide legal advice on various
contracts, particularly for technology-based products and
services
Monitor compliance with internal business and legal processes,
escalating issues as necessary
Collaborate with colleagues to identify regulatory issues and
communicate business impact risks effectively
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
Active bar admission in at least one state
8+ years of experience in legal practice
Substantial experience with complex contract agreements
Pragmatic, solutions-minded approach to legal advocacy
