Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel to join as the first
full-time legal hire.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day legal operations including contract management and
compliance
Lead commercial contract reviews, negotiations, and approvals
Partner with Sales and GTM teams to negotiate terms and develop
playbooks
Required Qualifications
Licensed attorney with 5+ years of legal experience
At least 3 years of experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or similar
legal environment
Subject matter knowledge in labor & employment, California data
privacy laws, and commercial contracting
Experience supporting fast-paced teams and building structure
Ability to translate legal complexity into clear, actionable
solutions
