Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly motivated and
experienced Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters
relating to workers' compensation defense. This position offers a
unique opportunity to work on high-profile cases and engage in
complex legal matters. The successful candidate will work closely
with our team of seasoned attorneys, providing legal advice and
services to our diverse clientele. This is a permanent position and

Responsibilities: 1. Represent clients in court or before
government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or argue
for the prosecution against defendants in workers' compensation
cases. 2. Prepare legal briefs, motions, pleadings, appeals, and
other legal documents. 3. Conduct legal research and analysis to
advise clients or to prepare cases. 4. Examine legal data to
determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits. 5.
Negotiate settlements of civil disputes in the best interest of
clients. 6. Confer with colleagues to establish and verify bases
for legal proceedings. 7. Advise clients concerning business
transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or
defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations. 8. Develop
strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
9. Maintain and develop client relationships with a view to
securing repeat business. 10. Stay updated with the latest legal
trends, laws and regulations. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate
from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice in the state
and in good standing. 3. 2 years of experience as an attorney, with
a focus on defense and workers' compensation. 4. Strong
understanding of workers' compensation laws and procedures. 5.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve complex
legal issues. 6. Ability to manage a high caseload and work within
strict deadlines. 7. Excellent oral and written communication
skills. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 9. High
degree of professional ethics and integrity. 10. Ability to work
